Project to refurbish and extend a detached home in which one floor, a garage and parking area were extended, and the swimming pool was relocated to make the most of the spaces and create useful and usable entertainment areas.

The project includes the complete renovation of the home, conserving its traditional Andalusian style and essence but incorporating state-of-the-art technology so the owners can enjoy a welcoming, warm and comfortable home with all the facilities that a family need.

To this end, it was essential to add an extra en-suite bedroom on a new floor, where there was also room for a wonderful sun deck on the top of the home.
